Engage in activities that bring you joy, whether it's reading, exercising, practicing mindfulness, or indulging in a hobby. Make self-care a non-negotiable part of your routine.
Establish boundaries: Set clear boundaries between work and personal life. Define specific "unplugged" periods during which you disconnect from work emails, calls, and notifications. This will help you create dedicated time for your family, hobbies, and relaxation.
Practice mindfulness and meditation: Incorporate mindfulness techniques into your daily routine. Whether it's deep breathing exercises, meditation apps, or mindfulness walks, these practices can help you stay present, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
