Processing
Please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. We will contact you if we anticipate a delay in the order!
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and is not placed during a holiday week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday and depending on volume, into Tuesday if necessary. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim. Please select priority mail during checkout to be sure your package is insured in the event that the package is lost or stolen.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be edited, they will be cancelled upon the customers request.
Some items may ship separately. An item that is out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, the remaining portion of the order will still be shipped. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Free Shipping
If you select free shipping, your order will ship via USPS first class package mail. Most items arrive within 3 business days but can take up to 5 days. USPS does not offer guarantees on their delivery days, they only offer “expected delivery dates”.
Upgraded Shipping
Upgraded shipping options are available in the checkout at the customers expense.
We are not liable for any USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL delivery delays, however we will work with you if you would like to file a claim if you paid for upgraded shipping and did not receive your item on time.
International Shipping
There is no free shipping for International orders. For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, how much your total order weighs and how quickly you wish to receive your package. As you checkout, you will have the option to select International Mail, International Priority and International Express. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees and charges associated with shipping and delivery.
Delivery
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Regal Phoenix or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
