About The Regal Phoenix

Have you ever stood in the gap between what was and what is, seeking answers and explanations from people who never came? Your old ways of coping, healing, and masking are no longer effective and at any moment you can feel yourself being crushed by the weight of the world... 

As a child, I was introduced to spirituality and the power of energetic crystal healing through my GodMother, who was an avid collector and practitioner at the time. Being raised in a family from Louisiana who explored similar alternative healing modalities, I was exposed to many different ancestral practices but took a special liking to crystals. Years later I would become known as "The Crystal Encyclopedia" by my close friend group, but even with that knowledge, I had never fully harnessed its true power.

After a tumultuous pregnancy left me on bed rest and completely halted my income at the time (real estate), I began a fierce battle with depression that if I'm honest, I was not fully prepared for. This "new normal" was daunting and left me with many questions about who I was becoming. Then, during a conversation with a loved one I was reminded of the countless times I had helped my friends and relatives heal and transition through life's obstacles using some of my favorite spiritual tools and guides.

Armed with these tools I began my transformational journey to redefine my identity and heal symptoms of what I now know to be postpartum depression. During that process, I was introduced to other women who shared similar stories and simply needed a positive way out. By studying and documenting my journey I developed a formula that allows me to manifest my highest vibrational currency and protect, heal and reveal my highest self. Thus, The Regal Phoenix was born.
