Description
Open. Receive. Return to yourself.
Love begins with the relationship you have with yourself.
Love was created to help you intentionally reconnect with that energy—to soften where you've become guarded, nurture the parts of yourself you've neglected and create space to both give and receive love from a place of wholeness.
This Reiki-infused ritual bath invites you to pour some of the love you so freely give to everything and everyone else back into yourself.
WHEN YOU NEED LOVE
Reach for Love when…
- You've been pouring into everyone except yourself.
- You feel disconnected from yourself or your own needs.
- You've been overly critical of yourself.
- You're healing after disappointment, heartbreak or loss.
- You want to soften without abandoning your boundaries.
- You're ready to become more open to receiving the love, care and support you often give to others.
- You want to nurture an existing relationship or become intentional about the kind of love you're inviting into your life.
- Or simply because you deserve to experience love without having to earn it first.
“...And don't forget to be selfish.
Love yourself more than anyone or anything else. This is the true meaning of putting yourself first. This is what self-care means.
